The brief was to rebrand WONE around "Stress Intelligence"—framing stress not as a threat, but as a compass driving resilience and peak performance. The challenge lay in unifying WONE’s peer-reviewed science with a warm, human-centric aesthetic. We needed a visual identity that commands authority with corporate leaders while remaining personal and empowering for employees. The goal was a brand that radiates both clinical credibility and accessible energy.

The concept rests on the belief that mental performance is the defining edge of modern leadership. WONE bridges data and human potential, decoding physiological signals into actionable resilience. The visual core is "Spectrum"—a dynamic system mapping stress from calm recovery to high performance. By translating biometric data into smooth gradients, the design makes invisible stress visible without feeling clinical.

We built a functional color palette directly tied to performance states—shifting from calming blues at lower stress levels to energetic oranges during peak moments. This "Grounded Energy" palette scales seamlessly across the product UI, infographics, and launch film. Editorial typography brings human warmth to technical precision, complemented by a bespoke set of custom icons and data graphs.

Crucially, the identity was built to be sustainable—allowing non-designers across the team to apply the guidelines effortlessly. The framework bridges science and humanity, giving WONE a flexible language that works from software interfaces to video campaigns. It asserts that the future of high performance isn't about pushing harder, but performing smarter.
